Cleto Reyes Boxing Gloves USA Inc. was founded on July 30, 2010, by its president, Guillermo Moreno, who envisioned bringing the best brand that produces the finest boxing products (Cleto Reyes) to the North American market.

Warranty Policy

Cleto Reyes USA offers a limited warranty on its products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to:

• Used products
• Products showing signs of wear and tear
• Products that have been misused

Warranty Claim Process - to make a warranty claim, you must:

• Provide proof of purchase: This includes the original receipt and packaging.
• Return the product: The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Submit additional information: We require a copy of the original receipt, a picture of the alleged manufacturing defect, and the production number stamped on the product.

Warranty Timeline:

• Replacement: Products can be replaced one day after purchase or one day after delivery notification.
• Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for covering shipping and handling costs.
• Warranty Duration: The warranty period is 60 days from the date of purchase. This policy includes weekends and holidays.
• Restocking Fee: All returns, whether in-store or online, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for defective or damaged items.
• Shipping and Handling Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, please note that the original shipping cost is nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refund Method: Returns will be refunded in the method of the original payment.

• Tampering with the product or attempting repairs will void the warranty.
• All customers, dealers, and resellers are subject to the warranty policies published on our invoices and website.

Instead, immediately return it to Cleto Reyes USA for a replacement. Using a damaged product can be dangerous and will void your warranty.
