“We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may need to be returned for various reasons. Should you need to initiate a return, please note that all returns are subject to the terms outlined below.”
 

Standard Free Returns

Should you need to return an item purchased at EssentialHomeGymEquipment.com for any reason, you can do so within 30 days of the date you received the product. Therabody will pay for standard return shipping. Returned products must be returned in “like new” condition with all original packaging and accessories. Any returns made after this period or otherwise not in accordance with these terms will not be accepted. Therabody is unable to offer exchanges by mail at this time.

Personalized items, refurbished devices, and products marked final sale are not eligible for returns. Certain products may not be eligible for free returns as noted on their product pages.

Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.

If a returned product does not meet our criteria for "like new" condition, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund. This partial refund will be determined based on the extent of any wear, damage, or missing parts.

Products which are damaged or defective may be returned to Therabody pursuant to Therabody’s Limited Warranty (see below)

All returns are subject to validation and approval at Therabody’s discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. Therabody may amend these terms at any time.

How do I start a return?

Before initiating a return, please email info@essentialhomegymequipment.com so we may provide you with personalized support and explore possible solutions to meet your needs. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and are equipped with the knowledge to offer guidance and assistance.

The returns process after initiation:

You'll be prompted to provide essential details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request has been authorized, our dedicated Customer Service team will provide further instructions, including any necessary shipping labels and return authorization documents. Please note the following:

Repackage your item(s) in the original box, including all accessories and packaging, and bring to any FedEx location. All returns must include the return authorization document inside the return package. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.

Shipping labels will be valid for 14 days. If your return is not shipped within this time (or within the return window period), your return request and return shipping label will expire.

Returns must be received by Therabody within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the product. Only authorized returns will be processed.

Once the return is marked as delivered, please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur during peak operations. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returned products are subject to inspection. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified) or in accordance with local laws. It can take 1-2 billing cycles depending on payment used and the practices of your financial institution to receive the credited funds.

Therabody Limited Warranty

This Therabody Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) sets forth the rights and responsibilities between Therabody and the end-user purchaser ("You" or "Customer") concerning the product(s) you have purchased directly from us and our authorized resellers. We encourage you to review this Warranty thoroughly to understand the terms and conditions under which your product is covered. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our Customer Service team can provide support and guidance. Please note that by using a Therabody product you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Warranty. For any warranty issues, please Customer Service team here. All Warranty services must be authorized and performed by Therabody or a service provider expressly authorized by Therabody.

Warranty Period:

Therabody warrants its products and accessories contained against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Therabody’s published guidelines for the periods set forth below or otherwise listed on the product documentation (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period begins on the date of delivery to end-user purchaser. Therabody’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. Certified Refurbished products purchased from Therabody will be further subject to the warranty terms set forth in the Certified Refurbished Product section below.

Limited Warranty Periods:

Devices (UK/EMEA) - 2-Year Warranty

Attachments and Accessories – 90-Day Warranty*

*Please note that accessories include charging cables, removable components of the devices, adapters, carrying cases, and charging stands.

Warranty Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover: (i) products purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors; (ii) products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, alteration or accidental damage, including, but not limited to, contact with liquid; (iii) products that have been used for purposes other than those for which they were designed or intended; (iv) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (v) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product, including, but not limited to noise; (vi) any damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions, improper installation, or failure to perform routine maintenance; (vii) products sold “AS IS” or similar notions and does not cover consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; ; (viii) unauthorized repairs or modifications; or (ix) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product. Any software is provided “AS IS” unless expressly provided for in any enclosed software limited warranty. When a product or part is exchanged, the original item becomes Therabody’s property.
This Warranty does not apply to any non-Therabody branded products. Therabody does not warrant that the operation of its products will be uninterrupted or error-free. Therabody is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
For Customers, who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to these additional rights. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, province or state.

Warranty Claims:

Therabody will replace any product that proves to be defective during the Warranty Period. To obtain warranty service, you must contact Therabody’s Customer Service team here and follow the provided instructions for warranty claims. If a product is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue from the date of purchase of the original product, not from the date of replacement.
Before receiving warranty service, Therabody may require that purchaser furnish proof of purchase details, respond to questions designed to assist with evaluating potential issues. If Therabody determines that the problem with the product is not due to a manufacturing defect due to materials and/or workmanship or the product is not properly returned to Therabody, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty replacement, then the purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by Therabody necessary to return the product. Unless otherwise instructed by Therabody, the product must be delivered, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection to the location specified by Therabody’s Customer Service team. Please note all warranty returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form.
Therabody reserves the right to change the method by which Therabody may provide warranty service, and a product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, replacement availability and response times may vary according to country. Customer may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. For service in a country that is not the country of purchase, purchaser will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges.
If a claim is submitted to Therabody during the Warranty Period in accordance with this Warranty, Therabody will replace the product. In the event Therabody replaces the product, it will do so with a replacement product of the same model that is new or comprised of new and/or previously used Therabody parts and has been tested and passed Therabody’s functional requirements formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. Any replacement product provided under this Warranty may vary in the color and/or cosmetic design from the original product and may not include any original engraving or similar customization. Therabody reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. For international service, Therabody may replace products with comparable products and parts that comply with local standards.

Limitation of Remedies:

Therabody does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, a Therabody reseller, agent or, to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THERABODY DISCLAIMS ALL STATUTORY AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN SO FAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THERABODY LIMITS THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND THE REPLACEMENT SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY (OR CONDITION) MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. THERABODY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THERABODY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE THERABODY PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE PRODUCT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE THERABODY’S LIABILITY SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN PURCHASE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY.
In no event shall this Warranty require more than the replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective products are not available, Therabody reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of replacement. This Warranty does not apply to any mobile device or the cellular and/or other network or system on which the product operates. Therefore, Therabody will not accept any responsibility under this warranty for the operation, availability, coverage, services or range of the cellular or other network or system. Therabody shall not under any circumstance be liable either expressly or impliedly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data during replacement of the product.

Therabody Certified Refurbished Product:

Therabody warrants that Certified Refurbished products sold by Therabody will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Therabody’s published guidelines for a period of 1- Year from the delivery date of the product to the end-user purchaser. Please note that Certified Refurbished products may show minor signs of use that affect cosmetic appearance, may not come in their original packaging, and non-essential parts or accessories may be missing (as identified on each individual product).
