Cleto Reyes USA offers a limited warranty on its products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not apply to:

Warranty Claim Process - to make a warranty claim, you must:

Provide proof of purchase: This includes the original receipt and packaging.

Return the product: The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Submit additional information: We require a copy of the original receipt, a picture of the alleged manufacturing defect, and the production number stamped on the product.
Warranty Timeline:

Replacement: Products can be replaced one day after purchase or one day after delivery notification.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for covering shipping and handling costs.

Warranty Duration: The warranty period is 60 days from the date of purchase. This policy includes weekends and holidays.

Restocking Fee: All returns, whether in-store or online, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except for defective or damaged items.

Shipping and Handling Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Additionally, please note that the original shipping cost is nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Method: Returns will be refunded in the method of the original payment.

While some products manufactured before August 31st, 2018, may not have had the warning physically displayed on the product itself, they have chosen to include it on all product information and packaging moving forward to ensure compliance with Proposition 65, due to the potential presence of listed chemicals.

Inspect Before Use
It is crucial to inspect your product thoroughly for damage before using it. And, check for any damage that could have occurred during shipment.
If you discover any damage, do not use the product at all.
Instead, immediately return it to Cleto Reyes USA for a replacement. Using a damaged product can be dangerous and will void your warranty.
